At just 32, our Executive Chef brings a dynamic blend of global influence and refined technique, with a deep-rooted appreciation for exceptional cuts, bold Latin flavors, and elevated hospitality. Known for his infectious energy and leadership, he inspires our team daily while continuously pushing creative boundaries. His approach reimagines timeless steakhouse classics with a fresh, modern perspective—layering vibrant ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and nuanced flavor profiles into every dish. Beyond the kitchen, he is deeply committed to cultivating the next generation of culinary talent, recently recognized as Chef Mentor of the Year for his dedication to youth development and mentorship.
