Latin American Fusion Chef Dinner

Join us for an unforgettable evening as Executive Chef James Leeder-Botnan presents an exclusive five-course tasting experience inspired by the vibrant flavors, traditions, and artistry of Latin American cuisine. The evening begins with a welcome cocktail hour at 5:00 PM, where guests can mingle before taking their seats for a thoughtfully curated culinary journey at 6:00 PM. Each course showcases refined techniques and bold ingredients, balancing fresh coastal flavors, rich slow-cooked classics, and luxurious indulgences with modern Latin American influence. Tickets are $150 per guest, with a 50% deposit required at the time of booking.
